Аннотация:
Кратко описаны наиболее интересные результаты, обсуждавшиеся на 10-м Симпозиуме "Долговременные изменения и тренды в атмосфере" (Хефей, КНР, 14-18 мая 2018 г.). Подчеркивается, что концепция охлаждения и оседания средней и верхней атмосферы из-за увеличения в атмосферном газе количества СО2 полностью принята и подтверждается все новыми наборами экспериментальных данных. В средней атмосфере (стратосфера и мезосфера) картина охлаждения атмосферы в целом уже достаточно ясна и идет исследование локальных эффектов. Что же касается термосферы и ионосферы, то здесь имеется ряд проблем. Прежде всего, это - высокие температуры ионов по данным некогерентного рассеяния. Они не согласуются с данными о трендах плотности и их трудно объяснить в рамках даже самых совершенных теоретических моделей.

Abstract
The most interesting results discussed at the 10th Workshop "Long-term changes and trends in the atmosphere" (Hefei, China, May 14-18, 2018) are briefly described. It is emphasized that the concept of cooling and contraction of the middle and upper atmosphere due to the increase in the atmosphere of the СО2 is completely accepted and confirmed by new sets of experimental data. In the middle atmosphere (stratosphere and mesosphere), the picture of atmospheric cooling is already clear enough, and local effects are studied. As for the thermosphere and ionosphere, there is a series of problems. First, it is the problem of high temperatures of ions according to the incoherent scatter data. They do not agree with the data on the trends in the density, and it is difficult to explain them even in the frames of the most complicated theoretical models.
